Early Bird Registration is now open for the NHHA / FHC Annual Meeting - members can take advantage of Early Bird Registration and receive a 10% discount by registering before Friday, August 24th.

Please note: For those choosing the 2 day or the 3 day registration, the Monday Night Annual Awards Dinner is included. We have added a Monday night dinner "only" option for anyone wishing to just attend the Annual Awards Ceremony dinner.

Hotel Reservations

Once you have registered those who will be attending the NHHA / FHC Annual Meeting, you should make your hotel reservations by visiting Omni Mt. Washington Hotel Resort, or by calling (603) 278-1000. If reserving rooms to accommodate staff yet to be determined, please note that any hotel room must have a non-duplicate name attached to it by September 21, 2018 or it will be released back to the general NHHA / FHC Annual Meeting Room Block.

If the NHHA / FHC Room Block is full at both the hotel and the Bretton Arms, reservations can be made at The Lodge, located directly across the street from the main hotel..

Cancellation Policy:

Full Refunds – 30 Days or More Notice: To receive a full refund, requests must be made no later than September 21, 2018

50% Refunds – Notice of Less than 30 Days: Requests for refunds within 30 days but prior to two weeks of the start of the Annual Meeting will receive a 50% refund. Requests must be made between September 22 and October 8, 2018.

No Refunds – Within 2 Weeks: Refunds will not be granted after October 8, 2018.

Extraordinary Circumstances: Refunds may be extended to those unable to attend due to a family death, major illness or other extraordinary circumstance. In this case NHHA must be contacted directly by phone, letter or email.

Substitution Policy: Registrants may send a substitute in lieu of requesting a refund.

NHHA will refund fees as soon as possible and no later than three (3) weeks after the Annual Meeting has concluded.
